Dr. Chang is a native of Hawaii.  He was born and raised on the island of Kauai.  He is married and has one son.  He graduated from the University of Hawaii.  He received his master degree from the University of California, Berkeley.  He then went to the University of Missouri Dental School and graduated in 1966.  He has post graduate training and certificate in orthodontics, periodontics, prosthodontics, and TMJ.  Dr. Chang's hobbies include golf, scuba and free diving, backpacking and running.
