Please remember that once an appointment has been made, this time has been reserved exclusively for YOU. If you need to reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible so that we may give your time to someone else that needs it.

Your time is valuable to us, so we make every effort to stay on schedule and most of the time we do.  We ask that you help us to do this by arriving at least five (5) minutes before your appointment.   In order to keep the office operating on time it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment if you are several minutes late.  In spite of our best intentions, treatment emergencies do, on occasion, arise in our schedule causing unavoidable delays.   We will advise you of any such circumstance at the earliest possible opportunity to avoid any inconvenience for you.

We request 48-hour notice for cancellation of an appointment and reserve the right to charge patients for missed appointments or insufficient notice.
