Our concern for your dental care starts with a thorough dental examination. The doctor may also recommend x-rays, intra-oral photos and diagnostic impressions if indicated. With these tools, we are assured of directing you along the road to complete oral health and anticipate the best possible return for your investment in dentistry. We believe this in-depth examination to be the cornerstone of quality dentistry. We also offer a one hour free cosmetic consult for anyone that wants to discuss just cosmetic concerns or wants a risk-free way to just meet us. Whether it is a basic hygiene for a child or full mouth reconstruction for an adult, we have decided to focus our practice on people with high expectations of good health and the happiness it can bring. We do not believe in trying to process the maximum number of patients possible as many of the HMO clinics do. We are dedicated to developing lasting solutions to dental problems based on sound diagnosis, treatment and prevention. Yet even more importantly, we are dedicated to developing lasting relationships with out patients.
Our friendly staff includes Royce, our office manager and receptionist, who has been with the office for 13 years. Royce is the heart and soul of our office. She answers the phone and makes appointments and handles all the insurance. It is nice because patients only have to work with one person. Cindy has been here for 8 years and is a registered dental assistant. Lidia joined us one year ago and is also a registered dental assistant. They come with us to all the continuing education classes to keep up on the latest techniques. Our two hygienists have over 20 years of experience each. We believe in providing our patients with the very best in dental care that is in harmony with your values and desires. For patients to choose a dental office appropriate to their needs, there must exist a match between the service sought by the patient with the services provided by the office. If the value you possess for your teeth and health coincides with our beliefs in high quality dentistry and preventative care, a mutually regarding relationship will evolve for both of us. We are a CDS member and handle all the insurance paper work for our patients. We give an 8% book keeping discount if patients pay their portion up front, but can divide payments into 3 monthly payments. We also offer a one year no interest plan through Norwest Credit. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
