I am affectionately know as "Dr. Maria" to my patients. I am a mother of two lovely daughters and am married to a very wonderful man. In my spare time I enjoy reading, doing crafts, sewing, baking, and traveling with the family. I have lived in the Los Altos area for about fifteen years and have enjoyed the community a lot.

I received my Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry and completed my advanced specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry from the University of California at San Francisco and Children's Hospital of Oakland. I divide my time between my private practice in Mountain View and hospital clinic practice at Oakland Children's Hospital where I hold an appointment in the medical staff. I am also on the staff at the El Camino Hospital in Mountain View.

I am a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, California Society of Pediatric Dentists, American Society of Dentistry for Children, American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and Mid Peninsula Dental Society.
