I grew up in southern California. I graduated from Lynwood High School and spent four years in the Air Force. After completing my tour in the military I earned my BA in biology from Cal. State, Fullerton I continued my education at U.C. San Francisco graduating in 1975 with my D.D.S. degree.

I really enjoy dentistry because it allows me to help people and to utilize my background in molecular biology and my mechanical interests. However the people I meet are the true pleasure in dentistry. I have met and become friends with many patients and colleagues. I can't think of another profession where you can meet, help and receive instant gratification on so many levels.
